About this product
- Eve Cam requires an iPhone or iPad with the latest version of iOS/iPadOS
- Keep an eye on your home at all times with Eve Cam and receive notifications on your iPhone or iPad/Apple Watch when something is going on at home
- Strongest data protection to protect your privacy – Eve Cam only supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video; End-to-end encryption for live view and recorded video sequences

- The image quality of night vision can be improved in many configurations by taking the following general measures: 1 Always use built-in infrared lighting or make sure it is enabled in the camera settings in Apple Home. 2 Remove objects from the infrared lights' beams if they are near the camera and reflect the light back into the lens. 3 Move the camera closer to areas critical for surveillance.
- Ensure routers and repeaters use IP numbers from a Class C network
- Please also make sure multicast, mDNS and IGMP snooping are enabled.
