About this product
- Works with Apple HomeKit: The WiFi socket can be controlled via Siri or any other device with Apple HomeKit (iOS 13 or higher). The connection is stable. Siri remote control requires a home hub device. If used only at home, no hub device is required. Voice control: the smart socket works with Alexa and Google Assistant, which allows voice commands to turn on and off devices connected to the WLAN socket
- App remote control: with the meross app, the Alexa smart plug can be controlled anywhere with a network. The smart home socket has offline control function, even if the router is disconnected from the Internet, the switchable socket can still be controlled via the meross app as long as the smart socket and the phone are still connected to the same WiFi. (no hub required for meross app)
- Schedule and Sunrise/Sunset: a schedule is set in the app, the WLAN timer socket turns on or off automatically according to the schedule. Support sunrise/set function and countdown. After you set up your device's schedule, your schedule can still run normally even if the network is disconnected. Note: A network is required for the schedule of scenes
- Local control: When you are at home, the meross app supports local control (LAN), your actions respond within milliseconds.
- Please read the manual carefully and operate it according to the manual before using the device
- Please use 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz WiFi. Please turn off the 5GHz WiFi signal when connecting. Please make sure to enter the correct WiFi password when configuring
- Please keep away from other wireless devices such as microwave ovens when configuring to avoid interference from wireless channels
- When configuring, the device should be as close to the router as possible to ensure that the signal of the device is good
- Make sure the device is not blacklisted by the router or blocked by the firewall
