- Note: Only compatible with HomeBase Mini and HomeBase 3; Not compatible with HomeBase 2 or HomeKit. The C37 connection requires HomeBase 3 from version 3.7.83.4 or HomeBase Mini from version 4.0.5.6.
- Installation note: For correct image display, the camera must be installed upside down (with the lens down). Because the model does not support 180° image rotation, this orientation is required for a normal viewing angle.
- The eufyCam C37 works with HomeBase 3 and HomeBase Mini, but not with HomeBase 2. Apple Home/HomeKit is not supported.
