- Neutral Conductor Required: Please make sure your electrical junction box has a neutral (white colour) before purchasing the smart light switch. If you are not sure, please take a picture of the inside of your junction box and send it to us. We are happy to check this for you.
- Remote control: To activate the HomeKit remote, you need a HomePod, an Apple TV 4K or an Apple TV HD. Set up one of these Apple devices in your home as a HomeKit bridge and connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. Remember that the HomeKit bridge must remain online permanently after setup. If it turns off or loses the Wi-Fi connection, it will stop responding if you want to control the device remotely.
